• The cleaning is complete but the robot seems unable to find the docking station.
    This may be due to the connector (terminal), the reflective panel on the charging dock or the window of the 3D vision system being soiled. Use a dry cloth to wipe these areas. If they are severely soiled, you may also use a mild detergent. When cleaning, always remove the adapter from the electric socket. It is recommended to regularly clean the connector (terminal), the reflective panel on the charging dock and the window of the 3D vision system.
    A. The connector (terminal) is located at the bottom of the robot and the connector (terminal) on the charging dock.
    B. The reflective panel on the charging dock
    C. If you press the window of the 3D vision system (A.B.C) with too much force, the cover would be pushed inwards and detach. Use a soft cloth to lightly wipe the area instead.
